Happy Shrove Tuesday! For most Swedes, the “fastlagsbulle” is a must when it’s time for the Swedish fika at Shrove Tuesday. A “fastlagsbulle” is a bun with cream on top. A key ingredient in the bun is flour. To make sure that the flour has the necessary characteristics, it's important that the milling companies control the process.
