Using too many antibiotics in fish farming can create superbugs that don't respond to medicine, harm people who eat the fish, and pollute the water. Researchers found that adding ginger residue to black rockfish diets improved growth, boosted immunity, and increased survival against infection. This research suggests ginger can be a natural alternative to antibiotics in fish farming.
